Tivitysoft offers mobile sales and aftermarket software apps running in the cloud, delivered on time within the agreed cost to create business value for manufacturers and resellers of complex equipment and automotive products.

Established in spring 2017, we are a relatively fresh company with a very experienced workforce. This enables us to think differently toward delivering continuous customer success. Transparency, honesty, and ambition have paved the way to apply these customer bill of rights:

  2. Price guarantee: Tivitysoft apps can never cost more than our competitors' counterparts.
  3. Payment is not due before the application runs live and delivers the expected value.
  4. Consumption-based SaaS (Software as a Service) license agreement without lock-in times.
  5. Predictable costs as the prices can never increase more than the consumer price index.
  6. Ownership of all data because you, as a customer, own the contract with Microsoft Azure.
  7. Easily accessible customer service, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., to ensure swift problem-solving.
  8. ERP integration is thoroughly prepared and implemented free of charge or at cost price.
  9. Service and consulting that prioritizes results over bureaucracy and invoicing volume.
  10. Development occurs as part of the SaaS agreement through listening, collaboration, and prioritizing industry-specific business value.
