Kabe is the leading Scandinavian manufacturer of caravans and motorhomes selling across Europe. Kabe was founded in 1957 and has since had its head office and factories in Jonkoping, Sweden. In addition to assembly, Kabe produces all walls, floors, ceilings, and carpentry themselves. Kabe has a wide range of customers and partners, while it is focused on being the best in their field.

Challenges and Results

To improve the aftermarket app support by making them easier to use, less expensive to operate, faster to learn and more flexible. That was the marsh order.

The project delivered according to these objectives – proven by the fact that Kabe’s customers (more than 1000 named users) are very happy using the next generation aftermarket applications.

The lesson is that customer service is not an expensive, time-consuming activity. It is a strategic investment to attract entirely new customers and maintain customer loyalty.
